Hi Road Drive in 07/06/2025

This was a pleasant Drive In experience. There weren't many people here but boy were there some mosquitous. By the end of the first act of Elio I don't think I have any blood left; it was just west nile virus and malaria in my veins.

Cool Sign
They had a really cool sign at the entrance.

Welcome
Welcome to the Hi Road!

Shed
The shed housed the projector.

Screen
The screen looks like it's on a trailer. I wonder if they ever have need to move it?

Snack shack
Try as I might I couldn't get a clear picture of the snack shack, the sun was too low and that sign just kept on glarin. The snack shack was also a fairly narrow walk through so I couldn't discretely take a picture without being too obvious. I'm guessing most people don't want to be on my website forever immortalized during one of their whopper purchasing sessions.

Snack shack
A wider shot of the building. The mens room was pretty clean albeit full of bugs. I had to kung fu swat a june bug out of my sons personal space.

Snack shack
Oh I guess I did manage to get a picture of the inside of the snack shack.

Huey's Coffee
On our way out to the Hi Road we saw this awesome looking coffee place. So later on I went back and grabbed a coffee which was pretty good. The Cinamon roll I got intending for my kids to splat was TINY. That was a little underwhelming but can be forgiven because of how cool that helicopter is.

Bigfoot
We looked for a park to enjoy our coffee and cinnamon roll and saw this awesome Bigfoot cut out.

Cemetery deer
We ended up hanging out in a really nice cemetery because we're spooky like that and saw this family of deer.
